Policy for Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at SnB Kangen Water. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we have created a no fluff return and refund policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. However, if the item has been opened or used, a restocking fee may apply.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in undamaged condition.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue the refund within 7 to 10 business days.
